Kadrae is a worldwide work marketplace that connects business clients with qualified independent professionals. As businesses move increasingly toward a contingent workforce, Kadrae addresses the growing resource gap by fostering a network of skilled freelancers, contractors, consultants, and other self-employed workers, while providing a platform that ensure a reliable and equitable exchange of work. In doing so, Kadrae surpasses the notion of the “gig economy,” and builds on the promise of “work from anywhere.”
Simply click on the ‘Sign Up’ link in our main page so you could fill in the registration form. Once completed, click ‘Submit’ and your account will be created. You may upload an image if you wish to do so.
Users may verify their identity by simply clicking Menu then choosing Edit Profile under Settings. A scanned copy or a high-quality digital photograph of any of the three types of documents needs to be uploaded to prove their identity (Passport, Driver’s License, Voter’s ID). The country from which the document is released as well as it’s expiry date should also be inputted.
The ID verification process may take a few days. Once the document is uploaded, Kadrae will verify it along with the information from the user registration. Users uploading an ID which is written in their local language or alphabet will be asked to upload another ID written in English for easier verification. ID’s like Passports are preferred.
Kadrae administration will flag you as verified once the document matches the user’s identity. Matching information from user’s registration and accurate documents uploaded will expedite the verification process. Users may be contacted by Kadrae administration if documents are not clear and/or further information is needed.
Government issued ID’s like Passport, Driver’s License, and Voter’s ID are the only approved documents for the ID verification process. ID documentation uploaded should be in English format for easier verification. If you upload a document written in a foreign language or alphabet, you will be contacted to submit another approved document written in the English language, this may delay the ID verification process.
- Acceptable documents include Passport, Voter’s ID & Driver’s License showing your full name, picture, date of birth and address.
- Your information should match the details on the account.
- The photo should be the front view of the ID. It needs to be valid and not expired with no signs of alterations (cropped, touched up, and enhanced colors).
- The photo should be clear, colored and taken from above with the ID laying flat on a surface.
- The entire ID should be uncut and visibly focused in the image including all four corners.
- Images should be in the JPG/JPEG, PNG, BMP or PDF file format.
- The ID should be in English.
Kadrae’s goal is to ensure that the platform is a safe and fair marketplace for everyone to use. To help us put this goal in place, we request all Users to complete our ID Verification process. Users verifying that they are who they are helps prevent fraud and strengthens Kadraes integrity. The ID verification also protects users by preventing someone else from running an account under your name and that no one except you is able to use your information.
As a Client, you will have access to our entire Professional base consisting of prospective workers who are experts in their field.
You will be able to post a job on our website, which will allow qualified Professionals to compete for the jobs through a bidding process, where Professionals disclose their expected rate and tell you a little about themselves, their experience, qualifications, etc. You will have the opportunity as a Client to talk to these Professionals (like real interviews), and finally, choose the Professional you wish to work with.
As a Professional, you will have access to the jobs posted by Clients on our platform. These Clients are looking for Professionals from all walks of life, and across all industries (see our categories list), which means that there is always a Client looking for someone with your skills to accomplish a job or project.
You will be submitting ‘bids’ to jobs that are posted on the platform. The bid will consist of your rate of pay to complete the job, a description of your qualifications, and may include a cover letter about why you should be chosen for the job. If a Client likes what you are offering, they will send you a message, then the interview stage will commence so you can further discuss the details of the job, your experience, etc.
Following this, you may be hired for the job. Sometimes, Professionals are given a paid trial to ensure they know what they are doing before being hired for the actual job posted.
There is no registration fee when joining Kadrae platform, and signing up for an account is absolutely free. You will only have to pay fees if you decide to subscribe to a Kadrae plan and upgrade your account for additional features and services.

Other freelance platforms require Professionals to purchase tokens or connects for the opportunity to bid on posted jobs. However, It is completely free for Professionals to bid on posted jobs on Kadrae; therefore, you never need to buy tokens.
Kadrae is a global community designed to act as a networking body for Clients and Professionals. We do not play any role in the application, acceptance, or payment processes between the Client and Professional. As such, we do not provide work, simply the opportunity to connect Professionals with Clients.
During sign in, click on the ‘I forgot my password’ link, and follow the on-screen instructions. You should receive an email with a link to reset your password.
The most common reason users cannot sign in to their accounts is because they have entered a wrong password. If you do not remember your password, please follow the instructions under ‘I have forgotten my password, what should I do?’
If this is not the case, it may be that you have violated one of our terms and conditions or policies. If you believe you have been wrongfully locked out of your account, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
From the “Settings” menu in your account, click on “Email Settings” to modify your email notifications.
